What began as helping friends experiencing financial hardships find employment, has now blossomed into a full service, nonprofit staffing agency which was established after realizing there was an immediate need for an employment system which could streamline assistance urgently needed by job seekers experiencing barriers to employment.
At Charity Staffing we assist with a broad range of services, including free professional work attire, childcare assistance, transportation assistance, and much more! Every candidate’s needs are unique. With this in mind, we have created a customized approach to helping our clients overcome many barriers to employment.

Welcome to Charity Staffing! Charity Staffing is a registered nonprofit charity organization in Arizona. We are your one stop shop for all your employment and staffing needs. In addition to employment services, we also provide many unique wrap around services such as resume building, job coaching, interview skills, and case management which assists clients to overcome barriers to employment and sustain a gainful trade. We also help with specific needs by providing clients with professional work attire and other needed services. In addition, we network with other agencies and give referrals for assistance that helps people to get back into the workforce, secure employment, become self sufficient, and be competitive in the job market.

Our mission is to provide job assistance and resources to the people in our community. We help them out of poverty by helping them become gainfully employed and self-sufficient. Charity Staffing addresses the need for specialized employment services and helps people overcome the many barriers to employment as experienced by disadvantaged, at risk, low income, or underserved job seekers.
